Instructions
Heat a pot over medium high heat. Cook the frozen raspberries for 3-4 minutes.
Add the chia seeds and maple syrup then cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Transfer jam to a jar then refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
