Cinnamon Fried Pineapple

You’ve probably had grilled pineapple, but what about air fried? This easy recipe is a great way to enjoy fried pineapple without the trouble of heating up the grill. Eating cinnamon pineapples rather than cinnamon apples feels like a sweet transition into fall.

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Pineapple Spears
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Non Dairy Butter melted
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Add in melted butter and coat pineapples with mixture.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes and flip halfway through.
  • Enjoy!
