Hamburger Rice

Posted on

While the idea of hamburgers on rice may seem odd, this recipe is crazy good and crazy simple. The idea behind this recipe is to enjoy the hamburger experience without eating an oily, meaty burger. Most of all, try your own toppings on this recipe and go above and beyond what’s recommended.

These are my personal preferences to a good burger experience, but yours may require more or less of some ingredients. If you’re on a budget, or just looking for a mid day snack this is perfect to make.

Needed a quick and easy meal and didn’t have a whole lot of fresh veggies left, so pulled this out to try. It was absolutely delicious (only thing I really missed was the tomato!). Will definitely make again!
