This quick recipe is a great appetizer to serve at parties! Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside will be a great crowd pleaser. It only takes TWO ingredients and less than 10 minutes to bake. Sometimes the easiest recipes turn out to be the biggest crowd pleasers. It’s a great go to dish for those friends that crave a mid day little snack.

This is made in an air fryer which has been my favorite kitchen appliance lately. If you don’t have an air fryer you can bake these in the oven at 425F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Don’t forget to be careful during and after handling jalapeños. I’ve made the mistake of giving my hands a quick rinse afterwards only to forget and rub my eyes. Ouch.
